I love what I do and with any services comes a few details to keep everyone happy and above board. 

Please read through our terms and conditions provided.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

You must be over the age of 20 to proceed. If you or the person you are making the booking for are under the age of 20 and you make a booking anyway you will not receive a refund.

CANCELLING REQUIREMENTS:

We understand that life can change our plans, therefore we have a 6 hour cancellation policy to receive a full refund. 

If you cancel your appointment out of the 6 hour grace period we will not refund your payment, however, we may be able to find an alternative day/session for you.

RESCHEDULING OR LATE:

We understand that life can change your plans and make you a little bit late or need to change your session to another day, therefore we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Please keep in mind if you are running to late behind time and it will effect another persons booking that day I won't be give you your full booking time. 

Rescheduling your booking will only be accepted 6 hours before your booking, if you choose to reschedule out of the 6 hour grace period you will need to rebook the service. 

 

 

BEING AWARE OF TIME:

I ask that you be aware of time during our session, I understand at times a session can have a lot of things to cover or you may have lots to questions and things to talk about, If I don't have another client booked after you I am happy to extend your booking for an extra hour at a discounted rate of $50, however, if I do have another client booked after I will have to ask that you book another session.
